Abstract
|

|
A case of 52 year old tnultipara with typical Meigs´ syndrome such- as bilateral: ovarian fibroma, -aseites and pleural effusion is presented with brief review of literatures concerned.
This case was treated with simple total hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectorny and disch-. arged after 10 days postoperatively with complete subsidence of ´ascites´ and hydrothorax.
